Company description Small CPA firm servicing small to medium sized family businesses and individuals. Job description Seeking bilingual bookkeeper with knowledge of Word, Excel, Sage50 and Quickbooks to provide both bookkeeping and secretarial services for a small CPA firm. Duties include processing transactions, preparing and filing GST/QST reports, preparing and filing payroll, managing client deadlines, preparing financial statements and year-end/tax packages for clients. Organization and reliability are key qualities for any candidate. This position is an integral part of our firm and offers room to grow in a comfortable, well located and easily accessible family oriented environment.
