We are a growing bookkeeping firm located in Mississauga that provides high end professional bookkeeping services. We work closely with clients and many professional accounting firms. We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time bookkeeper who has solid experience performing full cycle bookkeeping including government and regulatory filings. Working as an integral part of our team, you will be providing bookkeeping support to our Senior staff. Tasks would include processing A/R, A/P, payroll, bank and other reconciliations, and producing financial reports which will be identified in the scope of work for each client. You possess the following: Formal education with specialization in Accounting Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in Accounting is preferred, with a multiple client environment as an asset Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Advanced knowledge in Excel and Word Strong organizational skills, experience in prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain multiple clients and various deadlines Advanced problem-solving skills and strong focus on detail and accuracy of work Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing client and corporate needs Friendly demeanor and are comfortable dealing directly with clients and government The ideal candidate possesses an upbeat personality, be technically inclined and be a collaborative team player.
