Human Resources Specialist Liquidus, Toronto, Part Time Liquidus is evolving rapidly and seeks an experienced, skilled and thoughtful Human Resources professional to join our team. This role requires tactical and organizational expertise and as well as excellent judgement. This person must be a strategic thinker, a great communicator, and thrive on attention to detail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Process new hire paperwork, maintain personnel files and track tasks associated with all employee initiatives Submit requests for background and drug screenings; review results with hiring managers Help maintain recruitment tracking system, including processing new hires, terminations and other applicable personnel changes Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development or a related field is preferred A global understanding of human resource management is required Demonstrated ability to use Google Suite Strong organizational skills with advanced attention to detail High level of reliability, follow-through, and sensitivity with confidential information A positive attitude with the ability to work across multiple departments Excellent listening and human relations skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Experience: Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Location: Toronto, ON (Preferred)
