Part-time Receptionist required for Busy Downtown Real Estate office. **Reception experience is a must** Real Estate experience a must** Must be available to work evenings, weekends and occasional day time shifts Duties Include: Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner Book and confirm appointments, for all locations when required Ensure you take clear and concise messages when required Page agents using Broker Bay Input new listing data and update listings on MLS Upload listings from TorontoMLS daily and merge with current listings in Broker Bay Receive and distribute mail Book meeting rooms/boardrooms Receive deposit cheques and supply receipts Manage all incoming faxes & emails We have 3 office locations - must be willing and able to work from both (625 King St W, 672 Dupont St # 101 & 325 Lonsdale Rd) Please send your resume in PDF format.
