Description :

Ensure that food is properly stored, heated and maintained at proper temperature, before, during and after shift including refrigerators, steam tables and food warmers Ensure that food is being served to meet company standards Stock truck for service, take and organize inventory during and after shift organizing Communicate closely with Operations and Production Managers to maintain smooth workflow between departments and shifts using PAR list Work closely with Ops Manager to ensure that any issues are fixed; including lonchera, vehicles, generators, refrigerator, and any other tools used for specific team Track that proper maintenance is done to all vehicles in use for specific team Create and manage schedules for direct reports, including tracking and communicating changes in shifts to CFO Team Management: Understand all positions in truck and hold people accountable to their responsibilities Maintain positive, friendly and upbeat attitude when greeting customers and guests modeling and ensuring team does as well Able to work under pressure during a busy lunch rush in fast-paced tight quarters while maintaining the highest food/ product quality Full understanding of cashiering & operating a point of sale (POS) system and training of new cashiers Managing at truck tasks during down time (cleaning, restocking, food prep) Ensure that during and post-shift cleaning & stocking of the truck is done correctly by all employees Ensure that all staff take their lunch break without exceeding their time Reporting any daily schedule changes to the Operations Manager and track changes in schedule sheet for CFO
