An established windows and doors retailer in Vaughan is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities and Duties: - Answering phone - Filing - Scheduling Appointments with customers and installation crews. - Order supplies - Ongoing support to management - Data Entry Required Education, Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in the home improvement industry is an asset. - High attention to detail is a must. - Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Must be able to Multitask. - Experience working in a fast paced environment. - Availability on weekends may be require Job Type: Part-time Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour Benefits: Dental Care Experience: administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Vaughan, ON (Preferred) Administrative Duties: Scheduling Sorting and sending mail Answering and routing phone calls Managing social media
