Role: Contribute to the overall success of MMDS by providing support for the daily operations of the company. Primary Responsibilities: Data entry/manipulation into Excel and ERP Data reporting of sales, current, and future inventory, etc... Office organization: filing, cleaning, management of supplies, etc... Customer service via phone and email Supporting different departments within the company Assist with any projects as needed Job Requirements: Highly organised, with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and to deliver against deadlines Team player with a positive can-do attitude Aptitude for internet tools and the ability to learn quickly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Microsoft Excel) General knowledge of QuickBooks/SAGE 300 is a plus Benefits: Casual dress Vacation & paid time off Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour Experience: administrative: 1 year (Preferred) Location: North York, ON (Preferred) Work remotely: No
