Description :

We are currently seeking a Full-Time receptionist assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities and duties will include: General administrative and clerical support duties Prompt and accurate scanning of files and information Maintaining databases and company files Maintaining accurate registers of tools / equipment / uniforms issued to staff Maintaining accurate registers of staff licences / inductions and their expiry dates Maintaining accurate registers of equipment / vehicles / tools inspections & routine maintenance Contacting property owners to arrange site access Prepare documents and other administrative assistance to the team as required Assisting in maintaining the office and kitchen areas Purchasing of stock as required Skills required: Strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work well with others and take direction Good computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and outlook Strong Data Entry skills Excellent communication skills Good time management and organisational skills Benefits: Discounted/free food On-site parking Company events & social hours Contract length: 12 months Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Salary: $18.00 /hour
